Summary

In XR People we create immersive new experiences that bring people closer together, bridge the gap between the physical you and the virtual you and enhance the way we interact with each other and VR/AR devices. The XR Eyes roadmap spans the next 5+ years, from incubating new technical innovations to maturing and integrating them into shipping products. Eye-tracking technology is key to the future of VR and AR, and by joining the XR Eyes team you will help shape this future.

Required Skills

• Develop novel CV/ML/DL algorithms
• Define data collection protocol and annotations requirements
• Conduct ML/CV model training and optimization
• Integrate the new models into production eye-tracking engine

Minimum Qualification

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math or Physics or related field
• 2+ years experience in developing ML/CV algorithms (acquired during studies or work experience)
• 2+ years experience developing efficient computer vision software in Python or C++
• Familiarity with at least one deep learning tools and packages such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
• Interpersonal experience: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
• Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment

Preferred Qualification

• Industry experience in machine learning/computer vision/image processing algorithm development
• Knowledge of digital image formation & camera calibration
• Experience in deep learning, convolutional neural networks (CNN), generative adversarial networks (GAN)
• Experience in developing eye-tracking algorithms
