Job description
Duties: We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our HR team. The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the overall analysis, design, development, and management of Xperi's corporate rewards programs that support the global organization. This includes designing base pay programs, incentive plans among other reward programs that drive our pay-for-performance philosophy and the company's priorities and compensation strategy.
Other responsibilities include:
· Prepare and study salary analysis to determine employee compensation.
· Evaluate market trends and recommend revisions to company compensation programs.
· Review job descriptions and assesses appropriate compensation levels.
· Design, develop and administer global pay structures. Ensure processes and systems that support base pay programs are competitive and in support of the company's compensation philosophy.
· Manage compensation initiatives, such as annual focal planning, management bonus plan, or FLSA audit, by developing in-depth project plans and leading the design, implementation, and communication efforts.
· Identify areas and/or opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
· Periodically conduct analysis and review of worldwide compensation programs and propose improvements to leadership teams.
· Provide compensation guidance, training, and regulatory updates to HR and leadership. Act as a resource for HR, and other teams across the organization as it relates to compensation policies and procedures.
· Partner with HRIS to ensure compensation tools and programs run smoothly throughout HR systems.
· Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to develop recommendations and compensation strategies.
Experience:
· Bachelors or equivalent degree; 5+ years of directly related compensation experience.
· Strong knowledge and experience working with broad-based, incentive, and equity compensation.
· Strong knowledge of FLSA and other regulatory guidelines.
· Broad knowledge of compensation practices across Americas; International a plus.
· Extremely detail-oriented-able to provide accurate data and concise, meaningful reporting.
· Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions, themes, and trends from large amounts of data and propose solutions.
· Strong organizational skills; capable of multi-tasking.
· Expert user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word. The position is highly data-driven and requires advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (lookups, arrays, pivot tables).
