Job description

The primary duty of this position is to identify and cultivate business relationships with prospective client companies in the interest of increasing market share and driving revenue growth. Other than new market development, you are also tasked in building strategic relationships with our MSP partnership community. The position requires a strong partnership approach with prospective clients, customers, our marketing department, our account management and senior management team in driving our strategic vision and long term revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES


    • The responsibilities of this position include but not limited to the following:
      Identify and build relationships with key decision makers in full time or contingent workforce procurement process
    • Identify, build and cultivate strategic relationships with Hiring Managers.
    • Spearhead and drive business development efforts with mid-size organziations.
    • Represent netPolarity in various industry conferences and diversity events
    • Partner with netPolarity account management team in securing new business and driving revenue growth
    • Professional phone presence with fearless personality to contact prospects and identify leads
