You don't have to know technology to become a member of our team, that's in-part what our 3-week MARS Training Program is designed to do:
• Gain understanding of cutting edge technology;
• Learn our systems and processes;
• Learn or enhance Boolean techniques;
• Learn or enhance negotiation and closing strategies;
• Learn how to work with a dedicated sourcer;
• Get your first salary bump within the first 2-3 months upon successful completion of the training program;
• Uncapped commission determined by your own drive and aptitude;
• Be among those that work with some of the top clients in the Silicon Valley & around the country!
We also have dedicated Business Development, so your only role is to recruit and prepare candidates to succeed in the interview process! However, if upward advancement is what you're after and want to lead and groom your own team, we can put you on the path to Account Executive & Client Manager as well. Job Requirements:
The Technical Recruiter is independently responsible for qualifying job applicants and selecting candidates who meet client qualifications in the robust area of IT. They would manage their candidates through the full recruiting cycle with the initial help of a dedicated sourcer to send them the right candidates to qualify!
We have a very methodical and proven successful way of recruitment and will not only put you through an intensive training course but we will pay you to do it! If you have the following, we'd like to hear from you:

• Willingness to be taught new ways of recruitment model;
• Grit and determination to find the right candidates;
• Ability to pick yourself up & dust yourself off when failure happens;
• Emotional intelligence;
• Proven intuition about other people's abilities and success;

• Enjoy accountability for training and your own success;
• Ability to know when to ask for help;
• And three weeks to go through a training course,

Desired Skills:
• 1-3+ years Recruiting/Sourcing experience preferred but not required.
• Affinity for sales and technology
• Aptitude in IT-language desirable
• Must be highly competitive and resourceful
• Effective customer service skills, including good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Comfortable in a metrics driven environment
• Ability to type 60+ WPM
• High proficiency on Outlook & Excel
• Familiarity using ATS's, or CRM's
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree desired but not required
