Job description

An employer is looking for a Talent Solutions Partner to support their team. This person will be responsible for full life-cycle corporate recruitment, from requisition approval through offer extension/pre-onboarding, and will recruit and hire for all levels and types of positions within the agency. Under guidance of the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, you will also help launch and execute their internship program.

Some daily responsibilities include creating and managing job postings through a variety of sources and networks; source, identify, and screen qualified talent (passive/active) through LinkedIn, networking, social media platforms, referrals, and other proactive methodologies to fulfill the agencies hiring objectives; facilitate and manage the full interview process with hiring manager(s); scheduling of interviews, establishing strong interviewing teams, training on best practices, collection/consolidation of feedback, and guidance in identifying top tier talent; coach candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are prepared to meet the team; manage initial pre-onboarding process of new hires; background check processing, new hire submittal in Workday, updating of information in SharePoint, and providing support with IT equipment, orientation, etc. as needed; partner closely with the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition in launching our Summer Internship Program, from concept to completion, across various agency departments: Media, Account Management, Analytics, Digital, and Strategy.

This person will be working 40 hour weeks, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. This position is hybrid sitting onsite in Carlsbad, CA. This person has the option to come in to office 5 days per week, or can work from home 2-3 days per week. No vaccination is required.

Minimum Requirements

2-3 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting (digital agency or staffing agency) OR 4+ years of talent sourcing experience

2+ years of experience utilizing LinkedIn to source talent, specifically using the recruiter tool

High School Diploma

Fun, outgoing, and professional personality to fit their culture

Desired Skills

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field of study

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
