Be a part of the PlanMember Team!


With your knowledge and experience in Financial Services, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities including data gathering and organization for new recruits in the process of joining PlanMember. You will play a vital role with our new recruit conversions, paperwork support including: virtual and in person client meetings, paperwork completion and submission and follow through to account setup and funding.

You will be an internal resource to support existing advisors with large conversion opportunities to PlanMember.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•Provide client and account data gathering, sorting, organizing and saving/storage support to advisors joining PlanMember.

•Provide conversion paperwork completion support to recruit advisors.

•Provide client meeting support alongside recruit advisor to gather necessary information to complete conversion paperwork.

•Provide paperwork completion verification and submission support to recruit advisors.

•Be an internal resource to PlanMember related to conversion opportunities for existing advisors.

•Project management - for small projects as needed specific to sales and distribution

•Maintain Vesting Safeguards reporting, audit and management and serve as subject matter expert

•Provide support to commissions research process

•Keep current with product offerings and industry trends

•Execute trade orders as requested by clients

•Assist with various sales administration functions of the Business Development Specialists

•Other duties and administrative functions as assigned


Qualifications and Skills Required:

•Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) required

•College Degree or equivalent work experience required

•Minimum 5 years of experience in investment related financial services

•Life Insurance license as well as other designations preferred

•Extensive investment knowledge with familiarity of Qualified Retirement Plans and all IRA types

•Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy

•Friendly and helpful personality with the ability to develop relationships and build trust with clients over the telephone

•Ability to multi-task and shift gears quickly

•Team player with the skills to collaborate with others

•Strong verbal and written communication skills
