Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the Influencer Partnerships Manager role:

This is a full time role for a candidate who will manage all influencer partnership needs as it relates to brand launches, special projects, gifting, paid programs and content. Secure and develop strategic influencer partnerships that drive brand awareness, social engagement and revenue.


Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Identify and negotiate dynamic influencer partnerships that meet project goals

• Manage communications between internal teams and external brands and companies as it relates to influencer partnerships, paid influencer programs, content and gifting partnerships

• Support Brand Partnerships Director and Business Development Director in executing influencer initiatives as it relates to larger partnership programs

• Responsible for managing influencer recaps, data and reporting on a project basis


Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time

• Self-starter and solutions oriented


Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in social and/or influencer marketing

• Ability to interpret legal documents and work with legal on contract language

• Experience with social/influencer reporting, data management

• Established relationships with influencers, and/or talent management agencies


Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree: Marketing/Communications, Business or related degrees

• Excel, Word, Adobe InDesign or related programs

• DashHudson, Cision or related tracking program
