General Description:

The Process Innovation / Improvement Manager leads our organization's cross functional initiatives while driving process improvement and aligning key stakeholders. Must be able to utilize a variety of technical knowledge to scale large and small projects, quantify deliverables for projects, and deliver quality scalable solutions. This position will identify and define business requirements and communicate them to technical resources. M ust be able to work independently and with groups to lead the planning, scheduling, control, and effective coordination of all parallel activities related to the management of one or multiple large projects, upgrades, and/or retrofits of moderate to high complexity from concept through close-out.

Essential Duties:

  • Leads Process Transformation and improvement Teams.
  • Manages large and potentially complex projects and oversees completion in accordance with established quality standards, procedures, and timelines.
  • Proactively assists business managers in identifying and evaluating opportunities for improvement.
  • May lead some performance improvement initiatives absent a business owner.
  • Manage projects inclusive of integrating new systems, working with internal teams and vendors on defining requirements, developing and rolling out new processes, change management, training and documentation.
  • Applies Business Process Principals in the analysis of As Is business operations and the creation of To Be business operating models
  • Define data requirements and oversee development of reports and dashboards
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures that
  • Achieves high customer satisfaction through effective communication of both technical and non-technical topics with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to design and implement business integration roadmaps for planning and integration of key initiatives.
  • Evaluates technologies and proposes new solutions to varied departments in the realm of process improvement.
  • Delivers communications and trainings around key projects and deliverable timelines.
  • Demonstrates the values of our organization in regard to company culture, mutual respect, communications, accountability, can do attitude, working together to keep our teams productive and safe.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 7+ years of relevant Project Management experience, with at least 5 in leading complex project management, especially as it relates to process improvement and design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize shifting demands.
  • Experience working with a variety of systems related to process improvements and services.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Lean Certified preferred
  • College degree or commensurate experience required
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
