Column Five is looking to hire a full time Producer of Digital Marketing. Column Five is a B2B-focused creative agency that helps ambitious brands find and tell their best stories to drive real results .
This producer will keep our largest client informed and updated about their projects, and is responsible for the velocity and planning of revenue on the account. Producers manage multiple creative projects and work directly with designers, developers, strategists, account directors and out clients to produce and distribute digital marketing content on a variety of channels. In addition to the account oversight responsibilities, this producer will be tasked with leading creative recommendations and should be fluent in marketing strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads. The producer position reports to the Director of Production.
Producers keep our clients informed and updated about their projects and work to keep internal teams productive by being good communicators and collaborators. Producers manage multiple creative projects and work directly with designers, developers, strategists, account directors and our clients to produce and distribute digital marketing content. The producer is integral to the agency because the work that a producer manages and completes generates agency revenue. Producers are partially responsible for the overall quality of our work and how it supports the objectives for a client. The producer position reports to the Director of Production.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Oversee project velocity throughout the account
  • Manage project timeline, budget and objectives
  • Work diligently and accurately in our project management software, ClickUp, to ensure details of project roadmaps and deliverables are accurate and agreed upon
  • Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with our clients and all team members
  • Lead creative brainstorm and ideation sessions for internal project teams, participate in pitching concepts and generating strategies for our clients
  • Curiosity about the work, the client, the market, and how to make everything 10% better
PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS
  • Humility to listen, grow, and learn
  • Experience creating and managing a content calendar or schedules for multiple digital creative projects at once
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills, including presentation and negotiating skills
  • Experience with at least one project management tool like ClickUp (which we use), Jira, Asana or similar
  • Fluency in social media distribution and strategic account management of large accounts (+$1 Million in contract size).
  • Experience leveraging quarterly account budgets to meet strategic goals.

COMPENSATION
Compensation is dependent upon experience. We do not pay based on the location of the employee, rather based on the market rates in Orange County, CA.
LOCATION
We are a distributed- or remote-first company. This means that we are open to working with you if you live anywhere within the USA. If you desire to work in an office with other C5ers, we have an office in Costa Mesa, CA.
