Job description

Title: Digital Coordinator
Duration: 12 Months +
Location: Cupertino, CA- 100% Remote / support PST time zone - Consulting in eCommerce and digital marketing experience preferred

Job Summary:
The Demand Generation Innovation team within Retail Marketing is seeking a digital marketer with a proven track-record. In this role, you will be deeply involved in supporting new initiatives to acquire and retain Client Retail customers.

Specifically, this person will formalize the end-to-end push marketing process across teams to drive efficiency gains. Key activities include overseeing creative brief development, leadership sign-off, tracking implementation, localization, QA, testing plan, audience selection, performance and optimization. Additionally, this person will manage the broader push marketing calendar and support strategic conversations across a campaign's broader comms strategy. Lastly, this person should be an internal expert on industry/company benchmarks and collaborate closely with the Analytics team on a new centralized dashboard.

Key Qualifications / Skills:
* 3+ years experience in eCommerce, with a strong background in digital marketing (push notification or app marketing a plus)
* Proven experience running campaigns (email, push, SEO/SEM) and implementing new concepts in a fast-paced, digital retail environment
* Analytical understanding with a passion for numbers
* Strong organizational skills in a complex, highly collaborative environment
* Process-focused supporting world wide campaigns
* Strong communication skills (written, spoken)
Responsibilities
* Push campaign ownership partnering closely with cross-functional marketing managers and business leaders
* Create, schedule, QA, and launch push campaigns to world wide audience
* Own the push calendar including all aspects of the creative briefing process
* Define the test and learning plan for push marketing campaigns
* Collaborate with Database, Privacy, and Legal teams to define audience selection criteria
* Act as the internal subject matter expert for app-based marketing
* Partner with the Analytics team to develop and evolve program reporting needs
* Develop and revise annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts as needed
* Support broader Demand Generation Innovation team and Client Store App team
Education
Completion of an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements
Consulting in eCommerce and digital marketing experience preferred
