Hardware

+ Process/Engineering technician experience in pilot production/R&D lab environment preferred (min 3 years)

+ Experience with lab metrology equipment

+ Experience with manufacturing systems via MES including statistical process control (SPC)

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Excellent attention to detail from experience working within the structure of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

+ Third level qualifications in related field preferred

**Description**

- Reporting directly to the Shift Operations Manager, Lab Technicians will be responsible for executing to standardized manufacturing plans and procedures as well as supporting next generation R&D engineering work orders. The scope of the role includes (but is not limited to): - Execution of standardized work based on documented operating procedures - Execution of engineering work orders in support of next generation technology development. - Work closely with module engineering teams, providing continuous improvement feedback to optimize localized processes and procedures - As needed, provide edits and revisions to standard operating procedures - Train other technicians and engineering team members as needed and attain the status of module area designated trainer - Manage work area organization with 5S methods - Manage work area materials, ensuring no supply gaps - Flag Out of Control/Out of Spec material and execute standardized process out-of-control action plans (OCAP) as directed - Customer orientation, with primary focus on delivery commitments by consistently following MES job dispatch priorities
