The UHC Internal Sales Incentive (ISI) team is seeking a Business Analyst to join our ISI Administration team. As part of the ISI Administration team you will be supporting activities related to incentive compensation payment administration. Objectives for this role will include performing monthly/quarterly payments, compensation adjustments, supporting current audit processes, maintaining databases that support payment activities, and improving the scalability of our program tools.

This role requires working with business owners in Human Capital, Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure the proper plan design, calculation, and delivery of sales incentives. Cross-team coordination, time management, and excellent communication skills are essential.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record for rolling up their sleeves, maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability and delivering premium customer service to our customer and business partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

• performing monthly/quarterly payments
• compensation adjustments
• supporting current audit processes
• maintaining databases that support payment activities
• improving the scalability of our program tools

Sure, you'll need to diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions. The difficulty is in knowing the right questions to ask. Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business/finance analysis
• 2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects and deadlines
• 2+ years of experience with intermediate Excel
• Experience dealing with confidential data

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience with SQL
• Health care industry experience
• Team lead or project lead experience
