Job description

Corza Health is looking to add an Investment Analyst to its Corporate Development team. The Analyst will report directly into the Managing Director who oversees investment strategy and will assist in driving the company's M&A efforts. This is a career track position with the opportunity to grow within Corza or within one of its investments.

Position Summary

Corza is seeking to add an Investment Analyst to assist the leadership team with day-to-day research and analysis of investment opportunities. Key areas of focus will be assisting with investment research, deal tracking, financial analysis and investment committee material preparation. This includes the preparation of complex deal modeling and sensitivity analysis to guide investment decisions. This is a unique position that provides insights into deploying billions of dollars of capital and complex deal structuring.

  • Investment research
  • Scenario and financial plan modeling
  • Investment committee materials creation
  • Assist in all aspects of company investment from tracking to diligence through deal closure
  • Networking with industry peers for best practices

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree or CPA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years in a transaction advisory or financial planning & analysis role with a healthcare industry focus (Preferred 5+ years)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail

  • The compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with experience
