Responsibilities for the Real Estate Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for timely verification, assemblage, and preparation, of all leases and exhibits, subleases, amendments, waiver documents for execution.
  • Updates specified areas of Site Link under their responsibility, including understanding and obtaining the proper legal documentation to support such changes.
  • Verifies, manages and updates Site Link Data for all open and to be opened stores within Senior VP, Group VP, Regional VP, VP and Director's area of geographic responsibility including monitoring of new stores by opening window, project type, project assignment, and verification of information data accuracy.
  • Manages five year planning review meetings for Senior VP, Group VP, Regional VP, VP and Director, which includes making decisions on scheduling, event planning, and negotiating contracts with outside vendors.
  • Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of and tracking the flow of all legal documents that are in process. Negotiate with landlords to resolve any conflicts regarding execution and finalization of documents.
  • Compiles and verifies all information for lease draft initiation after the executive real estate committee meetings and directs Administrative Assistant to disseminate information to Vice President of Real Estate Law.
  • Analyze and review vendor billings for accuracy and prepares for Regional Vice President, Directors, Group Vice Presidents and Executive Vice President's approval.
  • Review and reconcile statements.
  • Coordinates travel for Senior VP, Group VP, Regional VP, VP and Director.

  • Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Real Estate Coordinator jobs:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive responsibility in legal dept. or retail real estate dept.
  • College level coursework.
  • Must have an ability to understand legal terminology and interpret specified Lease clauses; and demonstrate an ability to communicate and negotiate with Landlords regarding those clauses
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be detailed oriented.
  • Must be multi-task oriented.
  • Must have excellent negotiation skills
  • Must have strong PC and excel skills
