PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Early in Career Recruiter as a remote opportunity.

Summary:

  • Intelligence & Space is seeking a Recruiter to join the Early in Career Team. Early in Career is a high-performing, high volume work team that delivers world-class service and solutions in branding, sourcing, and hiring of college-level talent.
  • This position is remote with some on-site requirements. Ideal candidates live near one of the facilities in Aurora, CO, El Segundo, CA, McKinney, TX, or Dulles, VA.

  • The EiC recruiter is responsible for the delivery of candidates for entry-level college graduate and internship positions to meet recruiting demands as it aligns to the global talent acquisition strategy for the business. As a subject matter expert in this area, this individual is accountable for full life cycle recruiting, ensuring that all steps in the Talent Acquisitions process are compliant with Raytheon and OFCCP regulations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Build relationships with internal/external clients, serving as the point of contact for University Recruiting with hiring managers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all applicants during the interview, onboarding, and relocation process
  • Screen applicants and evaluate employment factors such as intern/job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral
  • Partner with managers on applicant selection, negotiate offer packages, make recommendations on salaries, and provide applicants with information on the company in preparation to extend offers
  • Research local market place and share intelligence internally with human resources and compensation on salary and hiring trends for college talent
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking and other HR systems, conducting periodic quality checks to ensure data integrity
  • Integral role in internal programs and initiatives, to include the Summer Internship Program, Diversity, Inclusion & Equity practices, and Employee Resource Group Activities
  • Partner with Early in Career Manager for continuous process improvements and ensuring all service level agreements are met

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems and web based applications
  • Experience being a member of a team, and building collaborative working relationships with all levels of staff and management
  • A high degree of flexibility and adaptability; ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience in University Recruitment
  • Strong organizational skills and/or proven experience handling a large workload
  • Experience using WorkDay ATS
  • Excellence in the creation and interpretation of analysis of qualitative and quantitative information and in communicating persuasive and concise views verbally and in writing.
