PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Principal Recruiter based in Goleta, CA as a remote position.

What are the main functions of this role?

• Intelligence & Space is seeking a Recruiter to join the professional Recruiting Team. We are a high-performing team that delivers world-class service and solutions in branding, sourcing, and critical technical and non-technical talent to support our business growth.
• The Principal Recruiter will be responsible for the delivery of candidates for Raytheon Vision Systems (EOIR / Focal Plane Array technical talent) roles in Intelligence & Space. As a subject matter expert in this area, this individual is accountable for full life cycle recruiting, ensuring that all steps in the Talent Acquisitions process are compliant with company and OFCCP regulations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Build relationships with internal/external clients, serving as the point of contact for Business Development and Capture Hiring Managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all applicants during the interview, onboarding, and relocation process
• Source and Screen applicants and evaluate employment factors such as intern/job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral
• Partner with managers on applicant selection, negotiate offer packages, make recommendations on salaries, and provide applicants with information on the company in preparation to extend offers
• Research local market place and share intelligence internally with human resources and compensation on salary and hiring trends for competitive talent
• Maintain and update applicant tracking and other HR systems, conducting periodic quality checks to ensure data integrity

Required Skill Sets:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems and web based applications
• Experience being a member of a team, and building collaborative working relationships with all levels of staff and management
• Negotiation and closing skills

Desired Skill Sets:

• Prior experience in recruiting Business Development and / or cleared roles
• Experience using WorkDay ATS

• Bachelors or equivalent working experience
