ob Summary:

This is a Financial Analyst position to support financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial support for HAEA. As HAEA has grown due to new solutions such as Connectivity Services, New Solution, In-Vehicle infotainment, so has the demands on finance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in reporting and analysis of financial results of the company.
• Assist in financial system administration, maintenance, enhancements.
• Plan and forecast expenses related to Company\'s Operating Expense and Projects.
• Assist Manager on various Adhoc tasks.
• Analyze, forecast, and report Operating and Project expenses on a periodic basis.
• Perform month-end close activities such as accruals and variance analysis.
• Track, monitor, and report on CBU billing status.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards with commentary to report on health of business
• Assist in annual budgeting of GNA and Operating expenses and maintain/update budget in company ERP. Answer inquiries from other departments related to Operating and Project budget and expenses.
• Maintain Company\'s Internal Order master records Process month-end ERP cycles.
• Identify variances between SAP CO and FI data.
• Review Company purchase requisitions related to Operating expenses.

Required Skills, Attributes & Education:

• BS/BA Accounting/Finance related Experience 5-7 yrs.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• CPA Certification preferred or MBA preferred.
