Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a Director of Business Development for Fremont Hospital! The Director of Business Development as an essential member of the senior management staff, is responsible for directing the development and continuous refinement of the facility's strategic business plan. Consulting with the Chief Executive Officer and other senior management staff this position designs, develops, implements and directs the business development strategic goals, philosophy, policies, procedures, and systems for the Business Development Department and the facility. Additionally, the DBD manages a team of Business Reps (Community Liaisons) that troubleshoot and support the patient referral pipeline.

Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field or equivalent four + years' work experience. (Masters preferred)

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years experience in a health care business development management position with extensive business development experience resulting in measurable results, preferred direct experience developing managed care with knowledge in the areas of capitation and at-risk areas. In addition, detailed knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency issues.

Licensure/Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license.
