Experis, A ManpowerGroup company has an exciting contract opportunity Brand Associate, Remote . This position is a 6 Month role for one of our key clients, a which offers Healthcare, Insurance).



Description:


Title: Brand Associate


Duration: 6 Months Contract possibility of extension


Location: Remote



Job Description:




  • Under general supervision, responsible for assisting the Brand Management team in the development, maintenance and growth of assigned brands.

  • Responsibilities include coordination of product information, communications and mailings, and data management.



Essential Functions:




  • Coordinate product information required for global launches and new releases including preparation of sales guide sheets, sales sample bag layouts, etc.,




  • Collaborate with creative department in developing brand promotions as well as providing current advertising images for trade and in - store marketing.




  • Maintain product release plans.




  • Work with Supply Chain to track all styles / SKU's in order to ensure proper inventory positions.




  • Communicate marketing information to Marchon's global network.




  • Assist in product merchandising including maintenance of frame boards and brand sample bags.




  • Assist AE / MSM with marketing related needs for assigned brands.




  • Coordinate sales rep mailings.




  • Compiling & distributing quarterly best seller Information for brand(s) assigned.




  • Assist Brand Management in the communication of line changes.




  • Update frames data quarterly.




  • Coordinate new product samples for trade shows and presentations.

  • Attend trade shows as required.




  • Assist Product Line Manager in preparing for line reviews of assigned brands.




  • Assist with coordination of catalog including gathering samples, comp. binder, proofing, etc.,.




  • Maintain Master Style and Pricing lists.




  • Assist regional sales representatives in obtaining point of purchase materials needed for key accounts.




  • Manage international POP distribution (for International Brand Associate positions).




  • Provide post analysis on marketing programs.




  • Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, distribute notes and follow-up.



Job Specifications:



Typically has the following skills or abilities:




  • One to two years of experience in administration required.




  • Basic understanding of brand management concepts.




  • Knowledge of eyewear industry or experience in fashion accessory field is preferred.




  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.




  • Strong analytical skills required.




  • Ability to write and present clear and concise reports.




  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.




  • Strong organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask.




  • Strong project management skills and experience managing large projects.




  • Flexible and able to quickly and effectively change priorities and direction.




  • Travel domestic and international may be required.
