Shift - Monday -Friday

Shift Time -:

Initially for training will be 8am - 5pm(2 week training)

the work schedules are as followed: 6 am - 3 pm , 7 am - 4 pm , 8 am - 5 pm and 9am - 6pm

Job Description :

  • Will be to drive solution-oriented decisions, collaborating closely with cross-functional business partners (both internal and external) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Have to working closely with the Business Operations Specialist team to ensure that commitments given to customers are accurate and on time.
  • Need to contribute to the overall order management strategy to help ensure we have a seamless and efficient end to end process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review daily backlog and identify any potential misses in shipment dates.
  • Ensure customers are informed, in a timely and professional manner, on their produce delivery dates.
  • Communicate lead times provided by Business Operations Specialist to ensure our customers are informed of their delivery dates.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations Specialist to prioritize orders to meet customer expectations
  • Act as the point of contact for all escalations and expedite requests received from our customers.
  • Participate and / or lead continuous improvement projects to decrease the order to cash fulfillment cycle including process automation and digitization
  • Receive phone calls and chats and provide quality and timely response to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Min. 3 years of order to cash experience
  • Min. 2 years in Customer Service environment.
  • Degree or certificate in Business Management and/or experience in a related field.
  • Experience using SAP and Salesforce
  • Experience using collaboration tools, such as SharePoint, spreadsheets, workflow systems etc.
  • NetSuite or SAP either exp is a plus
