Human Resources Manager-$120k-$140k+ BONUS

Job description

A large manufacturing corporation in Central California is seeking a human resources manager on a direct hire basis for their manufacturing plant. The human resources manager will act as the top human resources professional for the site, handling the full day-to-day and operational tasks. This is a very exciting opportunity to help build and lead the company location in employee development and growth!

**DETAILS**

+ Direct hire, permanent from day one

+ Salary is between $120K - $140K annual + 15% bonus + RSU

+ Company is willing to offer a generous relocation package

+ Role will manage two human resources staff

+ Company location has roughly 150 employees (no union)

+ Role will report into the vice president of human resources at parent headquarters in California

**JOB DESCRIPTION:** _The actual job description will be provided upon receiving qualified application, along with a request for an initial interview, but here is a basic overview of the primary functions:_

+ Create and maintain human resources policies and procedures

+ Hiring and termination functions

+ Lead employee evaluation and set metrics/expectations

+ Partner with manufacturing safety team and outside safety third-parties to mitigate risk

+ Provide guidance and knowledge related to CA and federal labor laws and regulations

+ Additional human resources related ad hoc projects

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Must have at least three years of experience within the manufacturing industry (cumulative throughout human resources career will suffice

+ 10+ years in the human resources field

+ At least one year at the human resources manager level

+ Bachelor's degree, certification, and/or work equivalency required
