Description:Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Management, this position is responsible to provide clinical leadership within Supply Chain and the Medical Center for all duties related to, but not limited to, coordinating, facilitating, implementing, and monitoring the Value Analysis Program for Saint Agnes Medical Center. Facilitates activities related to Implant Champion Teams. Supports objectives of positively affecting patient outcomes and clinical supply expense management; promotes cost effective utilization of products; manages related data; coordinates and assists in the education processes regarding value analysis; participates as a chair/co-chair/member of any related committees; serves as liaison with physicians, clinical areas, Trinity Health Supply Chain Sourcing, and vendors to facilitate product selection and the resolution of clinical issues resulting from the introduction of, or standardization of, products and vendors.

1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California is required.2. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.3. A minimum of three to five years of experience in an acute care setting is required.4. A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred.5. CMRP or CPM certification is preferred.6. Experience in Perioperative Services, Emergency Department, Cardiac Care, or Critical Care is preferred.7. Working knowledge of medical/surgical products, diagnostic testing and related services is required.8. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio is required.9. Effective oral and written communication skills, proficiency in detailed data analyses and understanding of qualitative andquantitative operational statistics, accurate record keeping, excellent problem solving and organizational skills, and a high degree ofaccuracy are required.10. Excellent team membership, leadership and project management skills are required.11. Contracting knowledge and negotiation skills, Lawson ERP experience, and computer proficiency in Crystal reports are allpreferred.
