Sales Facilitator - Motorsports

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Manager(s), the Sales Consultant will be responsible for building professional relationships with customers through vehicle sales. Our salespeople must maintain current knowledge and training of the motorsport's makes and models. As an ambassador to the Company, they will be professional, approachable, honest, and have strong in-person presentational skills.

Sales Facilitator's approach and greet customers with a smile and positive attitude.

Sales Facilitator's assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Our salespeople build strong rapport with customers to ensure motorsports inventory is being showcased.

Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of used vehicles and trucks

Qualifications:

Automotive/motorsports dealership service experience is a plus

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

The individual must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and driven by success.

Professional appearance and work ethic

Effective interpersonal communication skills

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
