Our service department is growing at an exponential pace. NOW is the opportunity to join this professional and family-owned luxury dealership, working in a central location in the Los Angeles area, that is poised to be tops in the country amongst Lexus dealerships. We currently have openings for the following positions:

• Technicians (need all levels, from trainees [T-Ten experience a big plus] to Senior and Master Certified technicians)
• BDC team members (very good verbal and written communication skills, professional appearance, second language skills preferred)
• Retail Parts Counter Cashier
• Service Cashier

We are seeking motivated individuals who are fast learners, high energy, and a positive attitude.

Job Requirements:

• Assisting customers in person and over the phone with transactions
• Providing price quotes and other information
• Take and process orders via phone and in-person, pull orders and conduct an inventory of parts
• Complete sales by entering purchased items into the sales/inventory system
• Meet and greet customers, in person or on the phone, establishing rapport by assisting customers with a courteous and professional attitude
• Ensure that all charge back sales are signed by the customers
• Generating sales of accessories at the shop
• Repair vehicles to industry standards
• Maintain all levels of training and certificates
• Maintain clean working area
• Abide by all procedures and processes pertaining to job function
