Job description

-Access employee files, name or rename file in accordance with defined naming conventions, upload files to correct employee profile in the HRIS system.

-Download employee DocuSign documents, name or correctly rename file, upload to correct employee profile in HRIS system.

-Download background documents, rename and upload to correct employee profile in HRIS system.

-Download training certification documents, rename and upload to correct employee profile in HRIS system.

-Ensure quality and accuracy of all data entry work by reviewing all data and implementing checking mechanisms and quality control.

-Reconcile benefit offerings to employees' files and make corrections as required

Minimum Requirements

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Ability to catch on quickly and track productivity

-Ability to work independently and report daily progress

-High School Diploma or GED equivalency

-Proficient with computer applications; preferable Google Suite, Slack, etc.

-Ability to work OT as needed
