The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the applicant experience by facilitating interviews, the selection process, and onboarding. This includes assisting with workforce planning and determining viable candidate sourcing options. The right person would have fundamental knowledge in Microsoft Applications, HR Information Systems, and the ability to maintain an Applicant Tracking System. This position must uphold compliance with state and federal regulations and support company Diversity initiatives such as an Affirmative Action plan. The Talent Acquisition Manager is also responsible for the colleague on-boarding experience and off-boarding process.   • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2 years Human Resources generalist experience preferred (typically with Hyatt)
  • Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service
    Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Payroll Systems (Kronos) and Recruitment Systems (Taleo) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish desirable but not required
