About the Job:

Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated individual with a business growth mindset. This individual will be responsible for Taco Bell's omnichannel payment strategy and execution which includes Taco Bell Gift Cards, Loyalty and digital payments, and payment innovation (for example, providing unbanked customers ways to pay, contactless payment options, POS enhancements, etc.).

This highly cross-functional role will work with restaurant operations, finance, marketing partners (internal and external), third party distributors, and legal partners to establish, launch, maintain and grow new payment methods and gift card sales channels via strategic partnerships, product enhancements, and marketing promotions.

The Day-to-Day:

Strategic partnership with Payments product leads and vendors to define digital and in-restaurant payments strategy
Redefine digital payments experience, partnering with Technology to establish product features and roadmap
Identify unmet customer payments needs and new touchpoints
Strategic partnership on gift card program opportunities and growth levers, especially as relates to overall payments vision
Grow Ecommerce GC presence and usage
Drive measurement and analysis of payments and gift card innovation and marketing activity
Integrate GC promotions/initiatives with marketing calendar and initiatives
Prepare presentations for executive team and franchisee committee for alignment on program initiatives and business updates
Overseebrand alignment on B2B sales to resellers (including partner and incentive program approval)
Vendor management of third party distributors, Ecommerceupdates, and GC production
Manage restaurant merchandising of gift cards including card production for all holiday, occasions and promotional opportunities
Attend annual gift card partnership conventions to build and manage direct retailer relationships and explore new promotional opportunities

Is This You?

5-7 years industry experience preferred.
Relevant experience evaluating and introducing payment innovations and managing payments or gift card program growth
Experience on well-established CPG products or in QSR/Restaurant industry preferred
BA or BS Degree
Strong logical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to proactively develop creative solutions.
Strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills.
Must be fully vaccinated by January 3, 2022, subject to reasonable accommodations. Proof of vaccination required.
