Job description

The HR Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support for the overall Human Resources team. This position is responsible for onboarding new hires from coordinating pre-employment requirements to conducting orientation. The HR Assistant has HR records management ownership for employee personnel files and is responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness.

* Onboarding and Offboarding: data input, paperwork, orientation, training, exit surveys
* Employee status and job changes processing
* Leaves of absence coordination with payroll and leaves administrators
* Employment records management
* I-9 compliance
* Audit support
* HR email inbox management and employee communications
* Agency temporary workforce coordination
* Weekly new hire/term/temp reporting
* HR team administrative support, supplies, working lunches, etc.
* Company-wide monthly lunches and special events

Qualifications

* Experience with Ultipro now UKG a plus but not required
* 2 years plus experience administrative support
* 1+ years HR experience required, 2+ years preferred
