**Job Title:** Laboratory Associate
**Work Location** : Irvine, CA
**Pay Rate** : $20-$24 per hour
**Shift** : 1 st
**Job Description:**
SUMMARY
Kelly seeks talent to join a biotech partner in providing professionally managed and equipped coworking facilities for biotech
entrepreneurs. The Laboratory Associate is a key role in ensuring smooth operation of all company laboratory
facilities.
**Essential Responsibilities** :
+ Perform and monitor daily operations of laboratory and fabrication facilities including wastemanagement, SOPs, purchasing, and workflow.
+ Provide equipment training, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
+ Develop and implement new policies and procedures.
+ Ensure laboratory safety and EH&S compliance.
+ Manage co-working platforms.
+ Work with external vendors for sourcing and purchasing equipment and supplies. Manage chemical inventories.
+ Participate in routine laboratory and preventive maintenance tasks.
+ Provide consistent excellent customer service with enthusiasm.
+ Other administrative, networking duties, and ad hoc projects as needed.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor of Science degree with 1 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
+ Familiarity with safety protocols, SOPs, and SDS.
+ Knowledge of fundamental laboratory techniques and measurement methods.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Analytical, troubleshooting, and development skills with strong attention to detail.
+ Skilled with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
+ Ability to be highly productive in a fast-paced work environment.
+ Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 3D printing, prototyping, molecular biology, genetics, and/or tissue culturing.
+ Familiarity with laboratory procedures, facilities oversight, and equipment maintenance.
