Job Description

This is a full-time, remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst to add to our team. This is a newly created position and in this role you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems as part of implementing new customers onto the ScriptAdvisor PBM platform.

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing solutions and procedures that meet customer user requirements.
• Assists in defining requirements to help the implementation team configure system settings and options.
• Assists with unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements relative to new customer implementation projects.
• Gathers and documents requirements to intake eligibility data from customer and other internal Mitchell systems for new customer implementations.
• Gathers and documents requirements to build and output ScriptAdvisor transaction bills and reports to customer and other internal Mitchell systems.
• Work with cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
• Will be internal and external, client-focused, working in conjunction with ScriptAdvisor Operations, Project Management and Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, or another related position
• Active listening and negotiation skills - can find compromises and tradeoffs to maximize business value across all stakeholders
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, success-driven team environment
• Well organized and flexible with the ability to adjust and prioritize multiple complex projects
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to describe complex technical solutions to non-technical business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable with project management
• Experience working with the following technologies (preferred):
  • SQL
  • SSO with SAML or OAuth
  • Web Services, REST
  • Tableau, Power BI
  • XML, JSON
