Requirements

* Bachelor's degree.
* Minimum 3+ years as a Business Analyst.
* Salesforce.com Administrator certification.
* Familiarity with agile methodology.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Passion for solving customer's challenges by leveraging technology solutions.
* Ability to multi-task and willingness to assist colleagues.
* Highly driven and independent in a fast paced environment.
* Consulting background a plus.

Responsibilities

* Work with client and project team to perform requirements gathering.
* Document current and future state business processes.
* Perform high level GAP analysis to map customer's requirements to ascend and Salesforce functionality.
* Build rapport and develop effective working relationships with clients.
* Recommend alternative solution choices, determine tradeoffs and perform impact analysis as required.
* Provide guidance and best practices around Salesforce solutions.
* Provide quality deliverables and work products.
* Obtain and maintain required technical certifications related to packaged applications used.
* Analyze requirements and document processes and requirements using tools like Jira, Agile Accelerator and Visio.
* Perform cleansing and mass updates using the company's proprietary tools like cloud explorer and ruli.
* Work with Raiser's Edge, Ellucian Advance, Banner, Salesforce, SQL and/or SOQL.
