*Day in the Life: *

* Increase and drive sales in a given territory by making regular calls with business accounts
* Improve number of talent working by making regular recruiting calls
* Maintain current account information records, prepare reports, provide and feedback to management
* Provide excellent customer service
* Analyze and understand the prospective accounts in territory
* Create new and innovative ways to obtain additional business from present clients
* Prospect and qualify new business
* Develop and maintain a schedule of calls to be made using a weekly sales tool
* Keep clients and Helpmates informed with new and unique staffing trends
* Ensure safety and confidentiality
* Share creative sales techniques with the Helpmates teams & future sales leads

*Requirements*

*To be Successful in the Role: *

* Ensure weekly reporting, account management, documentation, and expense reporting
* Understand trends with staffing competitors & innovate new solutions
* Create and develop marketing strategy with Branch Manager
* Analyze accounts and create monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
* Actively participate in employee safety program
* Partner with civic, educational, and professional organizations and attend events
* Participate in the temporary employee payroll function as requested
* Responsible for the timely completion and presentation of all bid requests and quotations as approved by the Branch Manager

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
