We are actively looking to hire a Sr. IT Recruiter who can hit the ground running and is able to attract top-level IT talent for our A-list clients in both contract and direct placement roles. Position is Base + Commission with the best commission plan in the region!

Job Summary/Requirements

As a Sr. IT Recruiter, your responsibilities and/or experience will include:

  • Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and placing software/web development, technical support professionals, network engineers, and many other technical positions in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with our clients
  • Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local IT community
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands
  • Maintain and upkeep of candidates' files in the internal database
  • Utilize social media tools to engage with candidates
  • Providing outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Manage a rigorous full-cycle high volume recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Serve as subject matter expert by screening, interviewing, and referring qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviews
  • Source passive candidates and build future relationships (pipeline/source recruiting)
