As an Account Services Representative, you will expand and maintain relationships with members by providing outstanding personalized service and responding to their account servicing needs in a prompt, efficient and accurate manner. Whether it is through the consultative response to their questions or the attentive and timely processing of Individual Retirement Account (IRA), living trust or deceased customer documents and transactions on their accounts, you will play a key role in developing the lifelong financial partnerships we value with each of our members.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common occurrences of each of the following under direct supervision from your manager:

* Receive a moderate volume of incoming member and employee support calls on a daily basis.
* Process Individual Retirement Account (IRA), living trust, power-of-attorney and deceased member paperwork and related transactions.
* Open, maintain and perform quality assurance reviews on new accounts.
* Actively listen to and respond to member needs while having a courteous and helpful attitude.
* Educate and cross-sell members on the company's product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs.

Position Qualifications and Skills:

* High School Diploma/ GED required.
* One year of work experience in a customer service capacity required; two years of work experience in a phone-based bank or credit union customer service capacity preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication skills required.
* Good written communication skills preferred.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push or pull up to 10 lbs.
* Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for brief periods of time.
* Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and a computer mouse and keyboard.
