HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR/ RECRUITER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective: The human resource coordinator and recuiter is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations.

Essential Functions

* Answers phones
* Back up for HR Manager
* Assists the manager with HR projects
* Assist with Miscellaneous office projects

Recruiting

* Review multiple hiring sites for applications
* Sources resumes for potential leads
* Complete phone screens
* Prepares job postings
* Post jobs

Classes

* Schedule classes/call backs for the Nurse Education Department
* Check times for availability with Nursing Staff

Employee onboarding

* Managing new hire employee files
* Assist with onboarding steps
* Data entry and personnel file maintenance
* Conducts reference checks

Credentialing assistance

* Ordering drug screens
* Placing Authorization for Nurses (Mask fits, physicals, TB tests)
* Requesting updates from staff

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in both a remote and office setting.

Required Education and Experience

* 1 year of office/clerical support experience
* Associates degree or higher
* Must have previous HR Experience
* Must have great follow through skills
