This position is part of the Manufacturing Engineering department and will be located in Lodi, California. As a leading, innovative biotechnology company, the mission of Cepheid is the driving force of its success: delivering a better way to improve patient outcomes by enabling access to molecular diagnostic testing everywhere.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Installs molds into injection molding machines
• Maintains molding machines, molds, and molding area in clean and orderly condition.
• Performing process troubleshooting, part visual inspections, and various other functions to ensure part conformity and quality.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years experience in an injection molding environment.
• Injection Molding Process from set up to start up.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot machines, molds, and robot setup problem issues.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledgeable on SOP, GMP, Agile, BMRAM, ISO, Kaizen, Six sigma, 5S, and PSP.
