DLC is hiring Full-Time, Internal Finance and Accounting Consultants to join our San Francisco Bay Area team.

Technical skill requirements vary from project to project and deployment decisions are made based on the Consultant's level of expertise in a particular area relative to the anticipated scope of the work. DLC executes projects requiring proficiency in various areas of financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, financial systems, and ancillary "applications" of these skills (for example: process evaluation/documentation/re-engineering; interim financial management).

What You Do

You've developed your skills; now it's time to take your career to the next level! DL*c is seeking Senior Accounting and Finance Professionals within the San Francisco Bay Area with expertise in one or more areas of:

o SEC-related reporting requirements (Forms 10-k, 10-Q, S-1, S-3, S-4) and/or Technical Accounting

o SOX compliance, risk assessment and internal audit

o FASB pronouncement analysis and implementation

o Post-merger accounting integration

o Reporting package development

o Financial audit planning and coordination

o Consolidated financial statement preparation

o Re-engineering of company-wide reporting processes

o Streamlining of monthly closing processes

o Creation, review and documentation of internal control policy and procedures

Requirements

o 5+ years of finance and/or accounting experience at a Fortune 1000 company

o Public accounting, CPA and/or MBA highly desirable

o Flexible to commute/work remote with Bay Area clients

Compensation

o DL*c provides the stability of a regular, full-time salaried position with the security of an employment agreement vs. risky at-will employment.

o A competitive base salary with a lucrative bonus plan including a productivity bonus for hours billed over 40.
