Reports To: Senior Director, Analytics & Strategy

Location: Carson, CA

Brief Description of Company:

Cabi, a successful and well-established women's designer apparel company in Carson, CA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Analyst, Analytics & Strategy.

Overall Function:

• Responsible for working closely with the Senior Director of Analytics & Strategy to track, report and analyze Field Team activity and trends.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with a sense of urgency commensurate with the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Improve Field Team performance by generating reports, identifying trends, tracking KPIs, and providing recommendations to HO Leadership team and Founders/Co-Director
• Track and manage weekly sales bonuses / awards and work closely with Technology to automate the process
• Manage all end of season rewards and recognition reporting
• Provide Applicant and Team Building reporting to Communications department for use in cabi Connection
• Support business planning cycles with forecasting, analyses and development of presentation materials
• Handle ad hoc request and queries as needed
• Ensure the data quality and consistency with data governance

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Pre-qualifications:

• 1-3 years of analytics experience in business reporting, business intelligence or sales analytics
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, VBA, conditional formatting)
• Familiarity manipulating large sets of data, summarizing into metrics, and conducting appropriate statistical tests
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate business insights based on analysis
• Maintains a high level of attention to detail and follow through, especially when working with nuanced/exception scenarios
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools a plus

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in quantitative discipline: Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Finance or related field; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
