Job description
Opportunity to work for a Business Management Accounting firm in Encino. This position requirement proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft application. Datafaction is a plus. Previous experience of working in Business Management accounting and/or a CPA firm or an entertainment firm.
Salary up to $60k commensurate with experience and benefits.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Assistant Account Manager will work closely with the Account Manager and Business
Manager to service clients on all financial management functions, including:
• Preparation and delivery of monthly financial statements for clients and corporations
• Conduct bank/brokerage statement reconciliation
• Data entry and coding of all financial transactions
• Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Invoicing
• Generate reports for quarterly and year-end tax preparation
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and vendors
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Management environment
• High proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven experience overseeing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Client interaction/customer service experience
• Education and/or training in finance and business
• DataFaction knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of the entertainment business a plus
