Job description

Our client is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative and we are looking for someone who lives in either Las Vegas or Los Angeles. The ideal Customer Service Representative will have call center and banking experience. As the Customer Service Representative you will be helping with password resets, reconfigurations and helping with basic Tier 1 support services. This position is slated to last through 2021 and the hours are 8-5.

• Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
• Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
• Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
• Manage incoming telephone calls
• Banking Services experience required
• Experience with Reset Passwords
• Password Reset experience
• Proven knowledge of Password Changes
• Comprehensive knowledge of Call Center Customer Service
• Strong familiarity with Tier 1 Support
• Strong customer service and office administrative skills
• Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
• 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
• No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Experience with Microsoft Office required
• A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
• Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
• Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
