Responsibilities

• Work across the various verticals within the business development organization and will interact with Marketing, IT, and Manufacturing to achieve business goals
• Identification of conquest accounts and key potential customers
• Coordinate projects bids and proposals for larger fleets, research and become familiar with government grants and funding
• Support marketing and lead generation efforts
• Consistently update and improve sales material, and support CRM and other software integration tools
• Support a fast growing organization by assisting the department in scaling to meet its sales goals and identify process improvement opportunities within the department

Requirements

• 4 year degree in a business or marketing field, 2+ years of work experience in an automotive, industrial or consulting environment preferred
• The ideal candidate is very comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a strategic thinker
• Highly motivated individual who has a knack for figuring things out and making it happen
• Very comfortable with excel, powerpoint, crm's, and project management. Can create presentations, analyze data to identify trends and prepare executive summaries
• Curious by nature, someone who can ask the right questions, seeks to understand processes and is familiar with B2B transactions
