Location: REMOTE
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business System Analyst to join their team.

What you are good at:

- Expert in the utilization of Lean IT tools; including Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, Benefit Assessments, etc.

- Working with various Process Owners and SME's to achieve established business objectives by utilizing specialized expertise in continuous improvement to improve performance, eliminate waste, improve process efficiency and increase the skills and engagement of STS staff.

- Collaborating with multiple teams to resolve highly complex IT process related problems where knowledge is required to interpret controls, standards or other process documentation

- Developing and maintaining formal process artifacts including Process maps, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions, and creating project reports, presentations, meeting notes, business cases, and diagrams.

- Resolving highly complex process related problems where specialized domain expertise is required to interpret against policies, standards or other process documentation.

- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.

What you'll have

- Kaizen Leader, Green Belt, Black Belt or other Lean training certification or equivalent expertise

- 5+ years? work experience in process redesign required, preferably in consulting environments and/or Financial Services companies

- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in IT Service Management ITSM - ITIL and/or COBIT

- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in ITSM tool implementation (e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy)

- Some Organizational Change Management (OCM) knowledge and experience. E.g. Training Strategy, creation of training and communication content

- Preferred: Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Capital work through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc. E.g. PROSCI

- Preferred: Experience leading and mentoring project teams on OCM engagements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to drive results.

- Familiar with working in Scrum teams using Agile.

- Superior analytical capabilities and the ability to manage multiple improvement efforts.

- Analyzes complex business problems by identifying gaps and providing technical expertise to help scale new or existing procedures effectively and resolve with highly automated systems

- Solves highly complex problems and is able to identify viable and often innovative options, and uses analytical skills and judgment to recommend an appropriate solution

- Objectivity, accuracy, patience, meticulous attention to detail with goal oriented and quality output are a must.
