This is a long term contract role with potential to convert full time or extend in Woodland Hills, CA with one of our largest entertainment clients. Please only apply if you are able to work directly on W2 and are able to commute to Woodland Hills, CA.


Must-haves

-3+ years providing written and phone support to outside customers

-Experience using a ticketing system, receiving tickets & responding within a timeframe using Freshdesk, Zendesk, SalesForce

-Excellent written communication with a go-getter attitude

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is searching for a Customer Support Technician for one of our largest entertainment clients in Woodland Hills, CA. This person will be responsible for providing technical support through written and verbal communication for the multiple streaming platforms the company holds. This person must have excellent written communication and the ability to think on their feet when speaking with customers. They should have experience using a ticketing system such as Freshdesk and a payment processing tool for processing credit card numbers for customers. They should be excited about this role and the opportunity to impact a growing industry.
