Job Summary: As part of the Regional Bank Finance team within FMA (Financial Management of the Americas), this position will lead finance support for the salable mortgage and mortgage servicing rights businesses within Consumer Lending. The position will focus on maintaining financial reporting and forecasts/budgets for the business unit, while partnering closely with executive management to track performance and achieve targets. Major Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain complex analytical and financial reports. - Generate financial forecasts and budgets for gain on sale and mortgage servicing rights revenue streams with a high degree of sophistication and accuracy, including contemplating of interest rate and mortgage market environment. - Own and deliver projects with short timelines. - Partner closely with executive management and make presentations and recommendations. - Participate in strategy development and perform associated financial analysis. - Perform cost studies and external benchmarking submissions, including gathering and organizing of complex data from business partners. - Generate month end reporting, including evaluation of business drivers, classification of activity, and working with various departments for additional required information. - Partner closely with other members of the Consumer Lending Finance function to ensure alignment of gain on sale projections with mortgage volume forecast - Conduct complex financial studies such as detailed financial plans, operating forecasts, and sensitivity scenarios. Qualifications: The right candidate will have: - Requires a minimum of a BA degree and 6+ years of experience of increasingly complex responsibility finance experience. - Previous experience with salable mortgage and mortgage servicing rights preferred. - Experience with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) programs considered a plus. - Requires the ability to conduct complex financial analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of associated financial processes and controls. - Strong communication skills, oral and written, ability to interact with all levels of management. - Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required. - Self-motivated, decisive, able to prioritize multiple deliverables and work under tight deadlines; proactive; willing to drive deliverables to completion and possessing a strong work ethic. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Experience with Hyperion Planning and SQL considered a plus. - Familiarity with banking regulatory and GAAP requirements preferred.
