We are looking for a full cycle recruiter that can handle the hiring process for one of our Los Angeles clients. Our client is looking for someone who has a fun and positive personality, is looking for an hands on recruiting approach, and someone who can think outside of the box when it comes to recruitment strategies. This positions is a long term contract and will be fully remote. Someone close to the Hollywood area is still preferred. As a full cycle recruiter you will help create job descriptions, source and interview potential candidates, and run and maintain the overall hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain job descriptions.
• Source and screen incoming resumes and applications on various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Participate in outside the box recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience of full-cycle recruitment, corporate/in-house recruitment
• Bachelor degree in related field preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS Systems and resume databases.
• Successful track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
• Excellent communicator, with ability to lead on sensitive calls
• Approachable style; ability to connect with employees and establish rapport
• Outside the box style of thinking
