This unique role is responsible for sourcing and generating pipelines across multiple roles and disciplines, both clinical and non-clinical, particularly in Academic Research, Corporate Services and Allied Healthcare.

Summary of Job Duties:

* Sourcing: You will help find the best people to fit a particular job.
* Pre-screening: You'll make sure qualified applicants are considered for the position.
* Interview: Using behavioral interviewing techniques you'll interview applicants.
* Refer to hiring managers: You'll help hiring managers review qualified applicants.
* *This is a hybrid work schedule (remote and in-person)
* This is a 6 month contract assignment (with benefits)

Education:

High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

3+ years as a recruiter required.

Experience in healthcare is a plus but not required.
