Job description
Bizrate Insights, a Meredith Corporation Subsidiary, and its parent company Synapse Group, are rapidly expanding. To support this, we are looking for someone experienced with crafting messaging & content for the B2B audience to elevate our brand communications across multiple channels.
The Content Marketing Manager will work with the Marketing Director and executive staff to develop and execute B2B campaigns. This role is key to driving interest and engagement that leads to new prospect conversion and support of existing clients.
The primary focus of this role is B2B Marketing, emphasizing traffic growth for the website, blog, and social channels that generate new business leads. Specific responsibilities are outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Craft interesting, well-researched content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across social media channels; content to include white papers, blog posts, website copy, eBooks, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, speeches, and other content as needed
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars and overarching content strategy that positions Bizrate Insights as a thought leader while driving awareness, nurturing sales, and influencing deals
- Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on all content marketing activities, share regular updates to stakeholders, and implement new tools and processes for optimized creation and measurement of content
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop industry and role-based messaging to support go-to-market strategies
- Keep up with current industry trends and topics to ensure effective communications.
- Copyedit and review content for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice; provide education and guidance to ensure high-quality writing for all Bizrate Insights content and communications.
- Coordinate with partners, thought leaders, and other third parties to produce high-quality joint content programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years in content marketing
- Outstanding written skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical capability
- Proven experience in identifying and engaging target audiences
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Not required, but a plus:
- Ecommerce and/or retail industry experience
- Pardot/Salesforce experience
