That's one reason why we look for PICK values (passionate, inquisitive, caring and knowledgeable) when hiring.We employ ~145 people across offices in London, Bristol, Kent, Dublin, Los Angeles and Atlanta.Position Title: Media Sales ManagerThe New Business Manager position is a sales and account management position, and a revenue generating role.The successful applicant will be expected to exceed personal revenue targets by sourcing and developing new business relationships with advertisers.Connections manages a number of exclusive data monetization programs for leading US ecommerce brands. The successful applicant will be expected to sell advertising campaigns into those programs from advertisers directly as well as via agencies.Salary: up to $100,000 OTEReports to : SVP Global New BusinessReporting staff : N/AMain Accountabilities :Generate revenue for Connections USAGenerate revenue for our partner programsSource and connect with new advertisersIdentify new potential sectors of advertisers for Connections USAIdentify and target potential new programs to add to the Connections portfolioManage large scale accounts on an ongoing basisKey Deliverables:What will this role deliver in 6, 9, 12 months?6 monthsCandidate will have familiarized themselves with the Connections portfolioCertain key accounts will be assigned to the Account Director to manage and grow.You will have identified some new leads through sales outreach effortsYou will have closed your first deals.9 monthsYear on year growth of assigned accounts will be reviewed, with the expectation of growth & increased revenue.You will have led multiple successful new business pitches12 monthsYou will have established a patch of new spending clientsYou will be involved in the strategic direction of ConnectionsRequirementsEssential:At least 3 years sales experience. Preferably in a media sales environment.Ability to source and convert leads from cold.Ability to work independently as when required and as team player when required.Good presentation skillsAbility to manage and grow a client patchStrong track record of beating individual and team sales targetsNice to have:Experience in public speaking at conferences/industry events etcExperience of selling digital advertising campaigns, especially email campaigns.BenefitsOur ValuesPassion.
