You will coordinate and supervise vendors, proactively communicate office needs to management, and oversee all aspects of compliance . Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5+ years' experience in office or facilities management
  • Advanced understanding of warehouse, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with Google Calendar and MS Office
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize seamlessly with minimal supervision
  • Impressive work ethic with a self-starting mentality
