Job description

• Track retail sales against goal using the system provided
• Ensure Highest Level of guest service which will result in increased productivity
• Kitchen Table and On Floor demonstrations on guest
• Assist in preparation and execution of cost effective events to generate additional sales
• Utilize and maintain GRM and guest database for outreach, product launches, events and booking appointments to support and drive above.
• Present a positive attitude toward the company, product and staff
• Present a professional appearance and maintain fresh dress code.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all guests and staff members
• Attend training, education, and meetings as required
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the store
• Assist in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as requested
• Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines
• Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, lighting and props
• Solicit and communicate product feedback from staff and guests to team leader
• Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized manner
• Maintain cleanliness of store

Experience:

• Retail Experience Required, Beauty Experience Preferred: 1 year (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
